AI isn't a wave that will pass. It has earned a lasting place in almost every IT-based setup, and therefore also in how we work.
We embrace AI
Anyone setting up an IT landscape today who treats artificial intelligence as music of the future is designing for yesterday. Not because AI solves everything, but because it now has a fixed place in processes where text, documents, and patterns in data play a role. We're happy to think along about that with our clients, and we apply it in our own work.
This website is an example of that. It runs on Odoo, and was set up partly with the help of AI. We used the regular Odoo editor for this, without custom code.
We tell you that deliberately. We advise clients on AI, so you should be able to see how we use it ourselves.
And where it stops
Just as important is what AI doesn't do. It doesn't decide which story is correct, which client may be named, or which figure has been checked. That judgment remains human work, and with us that responsibility clearly rests with ourselves. AI speeds up the work; it doesn't replace the judgment.
The same applies to your environment. A model working on messy data produces nonsense presented convincingly, and that's more harmful than an error message. That's why every AI conversation with us starts with the question of whether the basics are in order.
What we stand for
IT should be understandable and effective. In practice it rarely is: systems pile up, integrations become patches, and nobody dares to remove anything anymore. We cut through that complexity and deliver solutions that move the business forward instead of occupying it.
That also means we say so when something isn't necessary. Adapting a process is often cheaper than adapting a system, and not every issue calls for software. Independent advice is only worth something if it also dares to go against your own proposal.
Technology and business
Our strength lies in the combination. We know the technology, but we also understand what that technology is for: an order that has to go out on time, a month-end close that can't run late, a field engineer who needs to record something on site. Bringing those two worlds together is where most ERP projects fall apart, and where we do our work.

Open source is in our name
The Open Source Company isn't a coincidental name. We believe you should own your own systems and data, and that you shouldn't be locked into the terms or pricing of a single vendor.
That's why we're a member and sponsor of the Odoo Community Association, the independent association that maintains thousands of freely available Odoo modules. We contribute to that community with our knowledge and experience, and we use those modules wherever they offer a solution, even if that means no license gets sold along with it.
