Fitting AI into your organization
Most organizations are now past the question of whether they'll do something with AI. Where it gets stuck is the step after that: which application actually delivers something, who's allowed to use it, and where does the data that goes into it end up. Those are management questions, not innovation questions, which is why AI belongs with managed services.
Starting with one process
We help you pick one application where the pain is demonstrable and the volume predictable: invoices that read themselves in, incoming email that gets pre-sorted, an assistant that answers from your own documentation. Well-defined, measurable, and assessable within a few weeks. That works better than a broad rollout that afterward no one can say actually delivered anything.
Where your data goes
As soon as you send business information to an external model, it leaves your environment. We arrange the data processing agreement, check whether or not your input is used for training, and make a deliberate choice about hosting within the EU. For sensitive data, a model on your own infrastructure is a real option, one we set up and manage too.
Agreements on who's allowed to do what
AI without agreements leads to shadow use: employees pasting company data into whatever chat service they happen to use because nothing official exists. We help establish which applications are allowed, who may use them, and where human review remains mandatory, especially for anything with financial or legal consequences.
And after that: management
An AI application isn't a project that's ever finished. Models change, prices change, and what worked best last year might not anymore next year. We keep track of that, just like we keep track of your servers and workplaces.
Also for projects
